MJ Renshaw has been a breathwork facilitator for over ten years. She has studied Osteopathy, Philosophy, and Spirituality as post-secondary educations. She is a mother, a rock collector, and loves to stay up late laughing.
Her passion is helping people recognize how healing can be simple and fun.
